What are the differences between plans?
Each of our plans is built to match the needs of different photographers. They offer varying storage limits and gallery tools, with higher tiers including more advanced features. You can compare them side by side on our Pricing page.
How long is the Black Friday offer available?
The offer runs until December 1. After that, plan prices return to their standard rates.
Is this the best time to upgrade?
Absolutely! This is the biggest discount we’ve ever offered, and for good reason.We have huge plans for 2026, and we want as many photographers and their clients to be part of what’s coming.
Who is eligible for the 30% Black Friday discount?
Anyone who hasn't purchased a paid Pic-Time plan in the past.
Who is eligible for free gallery migration?
Anyone who upgrades to a Yearly Plan using the Black Friday offer and submits the migration form by December 1st is eligible for free migration of up to 200 galleries from their current platform. The migration process may take up to 10 weeks.
We currently support migrations from Pixieset, SmugMug, ShootProof, CloudSpot, and PASS+.
What if I’m already using Pic-Time in the Free plan?
If you haven’t purchased a paid plan before you are eligible to receive the 30% Black Friday discount, even if you’ve been using Pic-Time as a free user.
I’m on a free trial. Will I lose my 30 days if I claim the offer?
No. You’ll be charged right away and secure the Black Friday deal, but your remaining free trial days will be added on top of your subscription period.
I’m a Pic-Time paying user. Can I get a Black Friday discount?
Yes! Active users are eligible for Black Friday offers on yearly subscriptions. Click here to see how much you can save on your current or upgraded yearly plan.
Can I purchase more than one year in advance?
Yes. You can extend your subscription by purchasing multiple years in advance, as long as you do so before December 1. To add additional years, go to your Plans & Billing page, click Manage, and purchase extra years one at a time. Learn more here.
Is the offer available on monthly plans?
The Black Friday discount applies only to yearly subscriptions. If you’re on a monthly plan, you can still take advantage of the sale by switching to a yearly plan before December 1.
Will I be charged immediately?
Yes, yearly plans purchased during the sale are billed immediately at the discounted rate. If you upgrade to a higher tier, your remaining plan value is prorated and credited toward your new subscription.
